  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery (where available) takes 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.


3. International Shipping

  • Vastragama ships worldwide through trusted courier partners like DHL, FedEx.

  • Delivery time varies by destination, typically 10–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.


5. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (weather, customs clearance, holidays, or remote area logistics) may occur.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, our customer support team will contact you directly with updates.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and either reship or refund your order, depending on availability.
